Aerial yoga is supportive and liberating! Give your spine the decompression it needs. These classes are open to anyone looking for a fun way to mindfully move their body. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never stepped into a yoga studio in your life, you can join our aerial classes and feel supported by the yoga hammock (and life itself) in ways you never thought possible :)
The essence of yoga is connection and heightening our awareness. In a flow class, we will mindfully move with our breath and tune in to the state of our mind and body while we build strength, increase mobility, and harness all the benefits a yoga practice has to offer (of which there are many).
We are passionate about workplace wellness. We love showing companies and their employees how to incorporate simple and impactful yoga sequences and breathing techniques into their daily life at the office in order to make them happier, healthier and more energised. Practising yoga and mindfulness at work will result in an even more productive and harmonious work environment.
We host 1 day yoga retreats and workshops tailored to reducing stress, enhancing energy and releasing tension in the body while calming the mind.
