We offer hatha, vinyasa, and aerial yoga classes to uplift, challenge, balance and inspire you to be and love yourself and discover your essential nature and true purpose.
We believe that you can manifest the life you desire and that all you need is already within you! You are the co-creator of your reality and can achieve all things when you tap into your source. At Inspire, we want to help you raise your self-awareness, breathe, live in gratitude, let go of what no longer serves you and help you feel good because you are meant to be happy, feel well and live an abundant life.
Hi I'm Stephenie! I am the founder of Inspire Yoga TT. I am also an Attorney at Law and I've practised in the areas of civil litigation since 2011 until I left law behind in 2017 to pursue yoga full time! eek!
I started my yoga practice in 2009. At first the practice was a form of exercise and I considered yoga to be an amazing addition to my existing sports and workout schedule. I soon discovered that the benefits of this practice went beyond the physical and increased my mental and emotional wellbeing.
Yoga helped me manage my anxiety and made me feel free at a time in my life where I felt hopeless, trapped and exhausted.
Over the years of consistent practice, I have found yoga to be a healing practice and now I'm obsessed with sharing all 8 limbs of yoga with you! On a more spiritual level, yoga has helped me look within, observe the limiting beliefs that were holding me back, self reflect, accept myself and discover who I am and what I have to contribute to this world.
Most importantly, yoga has taught me to calm my mind and honour my journey. My yoga mat is a safe space where I can be myself and cultivate an attitude of gratitude and an ability to live in the present moment. I believe that sharing the principles of this ancient practice with others and adding joy, love and value to the lives of others is one of the best ways to spend my time.
I have used the tools learnt in my yoga practice to help me mange the demands and stress of corporate life. I have recently discovered that a lot of life is about balancing our energies and investing in ourselves so that we can better serve others and that true happiness lies in being able to give of yourself freely, with love and without attachment while also tending to yourself.
Guiding yoga classes has proved to be rewarding and satisfying beyond imagination. I transitioned full time into teaching yoga in 2017 and left my legal career behind! It was scary but I could not ignore the call to share yoga with the world any longer. I value community and connection.
My inner work and all of my yoga teacher trainings including a 500 hour training in 2015, an aerial yoga training in 2015, a yoga for cancer training in Florida in 2016 and an advanced vinyasa training in Hawaii in 2017 have given me a deeper understanding of yoga and life, an understanding I hope to share with you :)
Namaste :)

Hi! I'm Luanne :) I'm 24 years old and I live in Trinidad and Tobago. I have been practicing yoga since 2019 and teaching for the last three years.
My first experience with yoga was in Toronto Canada where I lived for a period of time while pursuing my degree in psychology. Initially I was attracted to yoga as a form of exercise that helped me manage the stress of living in a foreign country and being a university student. At the time I had no idea how much my life was about to change. I quickly became obsessed with this practice as I found yoga to be the best way to release the stress I was experiencing during university.
As a psychology student and someone who has always been extremely curious about the inner workings of us humans, I decided to take my first ever yoga training online during my degree. I quickly learnt that yoga was way more than an exercise. I was no longer interested in becoming a psychologist and I felt that if I truly wanted to help others, I had to share the holistic approach that yoga offered.
However, I knew that before helping anyone else I needed to help myself. In April 2023 I finished my degree and in August 2023 I went to India for 3 and a half months where I furthered my studies in yoga. I had the opportunity to live in the birthplace of yoga among the wisdom of advanced yogis who shared their philosophies on life with me all the while guiding me to become the best version of myself. Yoga is now a non-negotiable part of my life. It is now an everyday practice of taking time out of my hectic schedule to pause in stillness, listen to my body and mind and understand myself more deeply.
Yoga helps me gain control over my life and feelings and helped me rallied that I cannot control others but I can always control how I respond and how I show up in the world.
