Our candlelight restorative yin yoga classes are great for slowing down and let go of the week. They are at 6pm on Fridays and perfect to wind down a hectic week. In this class, we support our poses with yoga props like bolsters and yoga straps to help us release stress and tension in order to return to a state of relaxation and equilibrium. Thinks of this class like active rest.
If you're always on the go and have a lot on your plate, this is just the class for you to bring you back to your natural state of balance and ease.
Aerial yoga incorporates traditional Hatha yoga postures and breathing with the support of a hammock/sling. These classes are fun and challenging and beginner friendly. We move with our breath and try to stay present in order to build physical and mental strength.
The hammock holds 300 pounds and is made of parachute material. The benefits of supported inversions include decompression of the spine, increased lymphatic drainage, increased circulation, improved posture, increased energy, strength, mobility, mental clarity and decreased muscle tension.
The purpose of Ha(sun) and tha(moon) (hatha yoga) is to balance or masculine and feminine energies in the body and mind. Both our hatha and vinyasa classes are movement and alignment oriented class where you will focus on moving with the breath and staying present.
These classes are open to people with multi-level experience and beginner friendly. They begin with an opening focus and move on to flowing postures with plenty of opportunities to open space in the body and mind while maintaining an attitude of gratitude and playfulness. A flow class works to strengthen and tone the muscles and increase mobility, while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. These classes are great is you're looking for lots of mindful movement or if you have an office job and do a lot of sitting or driving.

The benefits of working one on one with a certified instructor can be highly beneficial for your yoga practice and help you gain a deeper understanding of the practice. Classes are guided by Aunty Dio from Bloom Yoga.
We provide a safe non competitive interactive space where your child will, sing, play, draw, balance on one leg and have fun. These classes and mindfulness based and confidence boosting for any kiddo. You can drop them off or watch on while you sip on some tea or coffee.
